A friend of mine sent this to me and I thought it was one of the funniest pranks on a telemarketer EVER! I will admit I've gone the short route on this by saying "I'm sorry, the person you are calling is deceased so please remove this number from your call list." But how I would LOVE to do this one!
Hope your weekend is full of sunshine and giggles!

Hi Suzen .. not sure .. but it says - removed due to copyright issues .. so doesn't play ..
ReplyDeleteIt's not April Fool's day and ....
Bye for now .. Hilary
Thanks for letting me know Hilary! Too bad it didn't work - it was hilarious. Oh wellll!
ReplyDeleteSuZen -- I also got the dark screen which said the video was removed. However, you challenged me to find one that my boyfriend gave to me, which is really funny.
ReplyDeleteIt's where the telemarketer calls and the guy he reaches pretends he's a policeman at a murder scene and demands to know who the telemarketer is. I'm including a link the audio of this one. It is hysterical and who knows maybe is the same one you put up:~)

Hi SuZen,
ReplyDeleteChecking in to see what you are up to but it's all dark.
Thinking of you, Jillian
Hi Suzen,
ReplyDeleteLike the others above have said...the video is not available.
However, I will share what my husband sometimes does when we get such calls: my husband (who is originally from Poland) picks up the phone, hears the telemarketer, and starts to speak Polish. It is so funny because the telemarketer just did not know what to do.
Hope all is well!
Okay, now I'm laughing as I read Nadia's comment about what her husband does. That's great!
ReplyDeleteFor karma reasons and because I once did telemarketing ( a very short stint! ), I try to be nice to them and just let them know that I wish them luck and hope they make their numbers (but I cannot help them).
Love laughing at funny stuff, though, so will keep laughing about speaking a foreign language that they don't know!
Hugs,
Megan
Oh hilarious to see what motions we go through to avoid saying 'no'.

Very good! I love these sorts of shares!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the journey.
